Coaching Services

  • The deepest and most powerful coaching approach. 7 one hour sessions, every 2 weeks, PLUS unlimited WhatsApp text and audio messaging for the 3 months. 

    Priced at €3,500 (or €3,800 when paying in instalments)

  • Coaching on demand, just one message way. Unlimited text and audio messaging. Monthly subscription available. 

    Priced at €700 for the first month (€500 per month from the second month onwards)

  • A 90 minute coaching session with the option to add 1 week of WhatsApp audio and text message coaching. Short and focused for those who need clarity and support on a current and specific goal or challenge.

    Priced at €250 (or €390 when adding WhatsApp support)

FAQs

How do  I know which coaching option is right for me?

The coaching option you choose depends on your unique preference and the level of transformation you want to experience. When choosing, keep in mind the goals you have, the level of support you would like and the level of focus, energy and time you are willing to invest in yourself.

Is a clarity call needed before signing up to a 1:1 coaching offer?

No. A clarity call is only there if you would like to have a brief 1:1 chat with me where you get the chance to ask any questions you may have before signing up. If you feel called to and certain about signing up to a coaching experience with me, a clarity call is not necessary. You can fill in the enrolment form directly and I will be in touch.

What time will the coaching calls be at?

This is something we will decide at the beginning of the coaching journey depending on mutual availability. We will take our time zones and schedules into account and I will always focus on offering you time slots that are best for you. I will be sharing a calendar booking system with you through which you will book all calls. Our calls will not have to be on the same day or at the same time. This can differ for every call. As much flexibility as possible is offered.

What can I expect to be working on in coaching?

You choose our focus through the goals that we will clarify at the beginning of our journey. From there, I guide you through a customised, holistic approach to reach your goals with ease and in a sustainable way. We will go beyond what you are now envisioning for yourself. You can expect a complete transformation as we focus on energetics, the nervous system, somatics, the inner child, mindset, practicalities and so much more.

I have never done this before, how do I know it’s for me?

Life and business coaching is still quite new and something that is often misinterpreted on social media. As an internationally accredited coach, who has coached hundreds of individuals and has been coached herself many times, I am certain that coaching is a deeply valuable experience for anyone open to seeing the impact it can have on the relationship one has with themselves, others and life itself.

Is there a limit to the text and audio message support?

There is no limit to the text and audio support. You can send multiple messages throughout the day whenever something comes up for you that you would like to share or receive support on. You can expect regular, comprehensive responses within 24 hours on weekdays.
